The Spokeswoman, the one who gives voice to the people, is María de Jesús Patricio: the first indiginous woman to run for president in Mexico. Her campaign is a journey into the history behind every fight the National Indigenous Congress puts up to stand for their territory, preserve nature and advocate for a new way of understanding progress in our present world, leaving death and destruction behind.
