Thirty years after the military coup in Argentina, the scene of the trial is recreated in the city of La Plata. Miguel Osvaldo Etchecolatz, former police Commissioner General, sits in the dock. Nilda Eloy, Chicha Mariani and Jorge Julio López are the main characters in this film that documents an open-ended historical trial.
